Leadership IS....

Leadership is influencing somebody to do something thats good for them and everyone else, its being somebody that has mant goals like long term goals and short term goals.

Staff/Team Development

The things that i think that makes a good team is Teamwork, if a group of indivduals work hard together they will achieve their goals that they have. A team getss better because of leadership, a team has to have at least one leader that can motivate them to do the things they are told to do. Teams are successful because they work hard at all times, and practice because they love to practice and get better. For instance one person that cares about his team alot if he our she cares about the team and wants them to succed.

Self Discipline

some areas in my life can lack some discipline like being lazy doing homework, are not wanting to get up early to go to class, not wanting to do homework, Not being on time to my tudor, and sometimes I can lack alot of discipline by eating to much candy and sugar. I can improve these bad habits by setting some short term goals by setting these goals it should get my mind right to accomplished it so I can do better. the person in my life that has a great deal of discipline is my parents because when i did stuff wrong when I was little they had discipline me for it. Iam accountable by working hard at everything I do like workouts football school work. Mostly Iam accountable to everyone thats around me because there is someone always watching the things that you do at all times.

I am at my best when Iam at my best when iam doing something that i have my mind set to also when I am focused on the job. And when I am working with a big group of people..I will try to prevent times when I am at my worst when i dont get enough sleep a night, It seems like it jus slows me down and make my day go very long..I will enjoy my work by finding employment where I can I love to do at work is to get everything done when I am supposed so it can make time go by real quick and be easier for me..I will find enjoyment in my personal life through I love to sit back and relax most of the time and talk to family and friends about anything, And go to college..I will find opportunities to use my natural talents and gifts such as My talents are making people laugh, I play basketball football born athlete. music I can sing real good..I can do anything I set my mind to. I will I will want to be the president.My life's journey is My journey would be me and superman working together saving the world from bad guys making it a better place..I will be a person who My 80 birthday probaly my kids and my wife alot of family members..My most important future contribution to others will be My Mom Dad Sister.I will stop procrastinating and start working on:

OU Mission

The OU mission is mostly base on making the students that come to Oklahoma to be a better person in the future. I think that OU is living by there moto by providing the best educational experience for the students that come here in teaching them the excellence of teaching. Iam living the OU mission because Iam using the Un iversity the same way they are using me, Iam using them for education and they are using me to win football games. so i think nothing needs to change it should stay where it is.

I met Mr. Chuck today thats in charge of the food services at the couch cafertira, he is a very nice person real energetic easy to talk to. And the one great thing he told me I can do is come by his cafe and eat for free one day to see how thier cafe is different from ours so me in Mr. Chuck got along very well. The advice I will give to other freshmen is to take everything you do seriously and work hard at everything you do because when its your turn you have to shine no matter what happens.

In the Leader field the person that i have chosen to interview was George Lynn in Mass communication/Media Broadcasting. George Lynn had told me alot of things about choosing this as my major, That its alot of good opportunities if i make a good choice and choose this as my major. The reason i want to pick this major is because Iam good around alot of people and Iam good in front of a camera. So I think this would be a good opportuntiy for me in the future.
